Approximately 15 minutes into the story, I guessed who might be behind the set up and after some 40 minutes, I guessed what the motive might be. I was hoping I would be proven wrong, but I was right all along. I found that disappointing.
In spite of that, I found this film highly enjoyable. Performances, direction and editing are nicely done. OK, there are some plot holes but it's still a good yarn. Highly recommended.
Like you, I also immediately guessed who was orchestrating all of it, and though the film made me second-guess it at times, I was indeed proved right in the end... it was disappointing since the "shock/wow" factor isn't there, but never the less I thought it was a very good film. I highly recommend it as well!

I think the build up was really good however since I expected such a 'bang' at the end.. when it all came crashing down, I was like 'ah.......that's..it?
It's still very entertaining. I actually laughed out loud once when the thug threatened one of the guys to kill him but each time, he other guy pulled out a gun lol.

I also had the same reaction. Basically, it was at the moment when we see that woman coming out of the building after they meet. I knew it had to be the bank hostage acting as the boss. I was surprised by the motive, though.
