Happened in Vietnam, and now in Iraq!
It's occurred and is repeated through out Human history. Mass killing and bloodshed blended in with blatant lies and fear mongering.

So in other words then like Vietnam a few of the surrounding countries will actually fall to movements allied against the United States (unfortunately in Iraq's case, countries we can't afford to have fall), or are you going to omit that part from your analogy because it happens to be inconvenient to making a case for immediate withdrawal from Iraq? In other words, if one argues Iraq is Vietnam all over again, that means the War In Iraq will expand outwards to encompass a few of the countries surrounding it.

Huh?? We're out of Iraq finally, and we should obviously have never invaded Iraq in the first place. Vietnam was a huge debacle as well.
As for Iraq "falling", the ultimate disposition of Iraq has been up to the Iraqis themselves for many years now. They will either rise or "fall" pretty much on their own now, which is pretty much as it should be.
Two points here.
1: Yes, it happened again. That's war. Get used to it. It's going to keep happening. Massacres, lies, fear mongering, propaganda, and cover ups. This is the real world. Get used to it.
2: If you're sick and tired of it, do something about it. Protest, shooting spree, enlistment, political runnings - don't complain about it here. This is IMDB. No one cares.
