I don't know if you'll see this message pmathew1216, but thank you for letting me know of Rex Reed's review. I know it got very good reviews in Vancouver papers, and I had it on my list of films I had to see, and I thought it was a very beautifully done production, which, as the tension rose, had me sitting in on the edge of my seat and mourning for the used Sanjani. Those who think she could start up her life over again in 1937 India obviously have no idea how difficult it was and still is for women in that country. Now that I've seen it, I'm going to suggest it to other people who I know will appreciate it for it's beauty and moving topic.
