I lived a year in Humboldt, I found this movie like a trip down memory lane. Just wanted to throw out there that the Helo in this movie was a Coast Guard whistling *beep* or an HH65 Dolphin. I can tell you first hand that those would never be used in this type of an operation, so I'm sure it was a budgetary choice.
shareyeah i noticed that too. that helicopter flies along the coast every day. its just the coast guard doing their rounds. definitely not a dea chopper. i liked its inclusion though. its definitely a way to save some money and also something that you would only catch if you live in the area.

So noticeable enough for this easterner to wonder if the Coast Guard supports the DEA.
