Why did Anne reject and spit in the mouth of the boy? He seemed to actually like her. Did I misread that and miss that he was lying? I'd love to hear some opinions please.

No he seemed interested in her boobs only and had sex with her cos she was "easy". I think she realized this in the end and gave back!
