I heard she did well in the role, God knows when this will be released in the UK. I take it has such a low score because Uwe Boll is attached? And thats it?

Yes, she is pretty good in it. I think mostly it's because it's pretty much the first time she's gotten a role to actually act in! LOL
Yeah, there's no question the scoring is what it is because of those nutty Boll hater guys. You can click on the "more" section and see the way that breaks down. Oh, well, it's not like it matters, but it is pretty silly. They haven't seen the movie. I don't know what they're hoping to accomplish? It certainly hasn't hurt this Uwe Boll guy all these people trashing him and making him more famous.
It's a pretty good film. I saw it at a film festival and have been tracking it ever since. A lot more original story and a much better movie than ONE MISSED CALL, for example, but without a major studio producing it, that doesn't matter much in the distribution thing I don't think. I guess we'll see what happens.

I still don't know, whether her character was supposed to be such a bitch. I didn't really like her but that might have been in the script and in that case it was quite good acting.
You know I thought the same exact thing and I wasn't even 30 minutes into the movie before I concluded that. She seemed selfish, her needs and demands came first. She could have shown some support for her husband but she hated being where his home was, in his native culture away from HER life. Certainly don't need a wife like that.
Btw, when I saw this, it was just some movie that was on the Sci Fi channel that I decided to watch. I had no idea who the stars were, the directors were or the producers, which is usually the case when I watch any movie. So even though I'll admit I'm not a Uwe Boll fan don't go saying "nutty Uwe Boll haters" were the ones that mainly disliked this. As for me I had no clue and I'm sure the majority of those like me who sat down to watch this didn't know and didn't care who produced it either. Nobody pegged this movie because of their dislike of a certain producer, get over it already.
