Weird observations about crying!

First of all men do not go home and have long crying sessions because "the weight of the world is on their shoulders." Unless they're manic depressives it would take much more than that to make a man go home and cry his eyes out for hours on end. Something would have to actually happen to the man as opposed to just being down. In fact I highly doubt women do that as well.

I'm not trying to sound macho because I'll have you know I'm not the most masculine guy on the planet and I'm not at all above crying. But if I heard that a friend of mine came home from a hard day of work and started bawling his eyes out for three hours and there was nothing really wrong with him other than he felt like he had the weight of the world on his shoulders I'd slap him, tell him to not be such a pussy and get on with it! I repeat I'm not a manly man myself but I can tell you that NO man would come home and just cry for the sake of crying!

Speaking of crying since when is it a man's objective to make a woman cry in a fight, that's freakin news to me!! The LAST thing I would want to do in a fight is bring my girl to tears 'cause that just means the fight will last longer, it's just more mess to clean up and fix. I certainly don't feel like I've won.

I go along with most of the premises in his special, even those. Just like in a play or a movie, stand up comedy does seem to exist in another world and requires a little suspension of disbelief.

The thing with the crying just seems to be "when you're about to burst into big tears, for whatever reason".

Idk if it would ever happen to a guy, who knows, some men i can be emotional at times. But i disagree about women not crying. We can get emotional for the most random reasons. I'm barely 18 and i have those moments when i come home and just cry. Most likely we'll cry cause it's just that time again. I thought he had a point about having the weight of the world on our shoulders and how sometimes we just need to cry out our frustrations.

PS: I thought it was hilarious--and shamefully true for some--that we'll think of other stuff to cry over, and then look in the mirror to see ourselves crying. xD
