3.3 Strip Jack

At the end they are in a breakfast place called the Pine'n'oak Diner.

Is this supposed to be an American diner? What made me think it was the fact that the waitress gave free coffee top-offs. I never saw that anywhere in Europe. Do they do that in Scotland?

Also the outside looks like a fake log cabin.

I read somewhere it was a real place, there are lots of American style diners in Scotland,UK,europe in fact and some of them adopt the free coffee free stuff idea.

I think the diner is near Edinburgh,East or West Lothian perhaps?

Just searched on the internet, there is page for it on a geography site.

Seems it is in the Stirling district, sadly it is closed now.
I love a greasy spoon/diner.especially one with huge food portions and cheeky waitresses.
