His ultimate character flaw

So do you think Kenny's tragic flaw was that he couldn't keep up in major league baseball and couldn't handle failure? Or was it that his personality got in the way of a longer successful career and he couldn't change in time?

His personality, saying anything during interviews and his life style. It seems like he was really talented but he was so bad that it wasn't worth having a guy destroy locker rooms. Look at TO's career, great on the field but was a mess off it in terms of dividing teams.
