This movie proves one can suck and blow at the same time.

I knew this would be bad, but I was watching it on Netflix Instant, so I was only wagering time, not money that I would be surprised. It started off okay for a straight to video flick. It is competently made and the main actors did an okay job, unlike SyFy original films. It was interesting to see the original girl from "The Big Bang Theory" in a starring role. And I'm out of positive things to say about the movie.

Although not brilliant in the beginning, it was better than I expected until they started heading to Montreal. From that point onward it became increasingly stupid. The inanity, plot holes, bad acting from the supporting cast, etc. made me feel as if my brain was being pounded with a large gold brick. It got real terrible real fast, while still maintaining its ability to be frustrating and boring. It's better than Megashark Vs Giant Octopus, but don't watch it.
