A poor tribute to the original

I was excited to find out there was a sequel which I found on Netflix available for streaming. The whole plot is very convoluted. I know they were working hard to update the story technologically in a sci-fi way, but it wasn't strong enough to lacked the suspension of disbelief enough to enjoy it. Maybe there will make another sequel and do it justice this time.

yea and you can only hope that either Matthew Broderick,, or Alley Sheedy are in it this time,.. otherwise I wouldn't bother.

The tech stuff in the original was incredible, in fact it is still superior to this pile of old drivel.
