My wife and I have both been in the hospital and we have had to wear those gowns...and I do now recall her or me wearing undergarments....EVER...hell when I was walking down the hall with my pole and bottle of nutrients....I had no underwear going down the hall.... I guess the actress rarely goes braless or it hurt like hell to run that far...
shareWhat I never understood was how the last we saw her when meeting up with that one guy in the boat, she was still in her hospital gown. But when she finally met up with her boyfriend and the male friend, she was wearing a shirt with what looked like a bikini top underneath as I saw the strap coming out of the collar. That was a major goof if I ever saw one. She had to go find her friends. She wouldn't have time to go put on a shirt. Even if she did have time to go get a shirt, why get the bikini top on? That was not necessary.

You are a freak, you are an exhibitionist if you didn't wear undergarments during your stay in a hospital.
I've NEVER seen anyone NOT wear underwear under their hospital gown. NEVER... except for stupid comedies where they have some dork show off his ass for a cheap laugh.
Actually, hospitals usually REQUIRE it... they make your relatives bring your clothes in and tell you that you need to wear undergarments.
