Fun little summer movie

I did not find the meaning of life in this movie... nor did I find breakthrough writing, or an inspiringly unique plot... What a did find was something cool to chill out and watch on a Saturday afternoon... it was not a thorough character study, but the scenes of Greece made me want to buy a ticket... If you're looking for something to knock your socks off, please move around.. however, if you want a sweet summer escape, to watch popcorn to, go ahead and give it a whirl.

Amen.

I was reading some of the negative comments...and thinking...it wasn't trying to be "Casablance", its a fun summer movie...and no I didn't work on it, I just happened to take my mom to see it after she had had a crappy past few days and wanted something fun to do.

There were 5 people in the theater, all females, variety of ages, and there was a little chatter but also a good amount of laughter. I cringed at the beginning for a few minutes, because it seemed like it wasn't going to expand out of its trailer, and the tourists bugged me at first...but by the end of the movie, it was just what I needed to see. A fun, light movie...like a nice glass of lemonade on a summer day. It didn't aim to be ice cream or brats on the grill (sorry for the food analogy)...it is just a fun, light movie...not great, but good enough :)

Now you want to talk about movies that are bad...*cough* Bride Wars*....
