when i've heard georgia saying to poupi "in six months it will be my birthday" and he says "25", i've thought: "come on, she's my age" (I'm nearly 36), but i've just checked and nia was born in 1962 so she is 47?!

He is joking, something about how keeping in shape can make you look younger than you actually are, he probably knows she is over 40.

To be precise, keeping ice-creams away can make you look thinner and therefore younger than you actually are.
