I lived in Greece for 2 years and had no experiences like that at all. Then again, I never was part of a tour group. I flew to different locations and got lost in the locality. I did almost drive a motorcycle off of a cliff... and limped down the hill with a bruised, bloody leg. A nice girl patched me up. No romance ensued...
