The purpose of witness protection is to give the person a new life using their best attributes/skills. He was a punk before, and is still a punk, and that is why he gets treated as a punk in Meadowlands.

Hrm. On some levels I can sympathize with Jack, but on other levels I cant. I can understand how he might feel like an outcast and such, yet he is very social with the townspeople and he participates in midnight football and such, I think that speech was mainly his rage from being beaten by the cop. After the rape scene however, I hated Jack and I'm glad he's dead.
shareI believe Jack is suppose to be that way. I thinK everybody in that town is controlled somehow by whoever is watching them.
