Now I understand how non-americans feel.

I've seen a lot of period pieces where everyone has an American accent, and it's never really bothered me. After watching this, it always sits in the back of my mind that quite a few have British accents. Obviously I can get past it, but it really "raised my consciousness" so to speak.

Like watching the previews for Valkyrie with Tom Cruise. Every time I hear him say, "we have to KILL HITLER" in his modern american voice, I just cringe.
