Does anyone know who sings the song and the song title just as the credits start to roll??

Just watched Grocer's Son and loved the credit song but didn't catch the title on the credits. Thank you so much for asking the question and getting the answer before I saw the movie ;-]

Absolutely beautiful song. If you watch on DVD it is the first song listed when it gets to the music section of the credits. I usually watch/read credits to every movie but this one I found myself not reading anything as I was just lost in the song playing!
