not realy..the story a little bit weak....starting funny but a little bit boring towards the end.....still ok..7/10..

the kid(orked) cant act..and most of them too. only senior actor/actress can act..that boy(mukhsin) was great..

i hate when there are so many cameos..and bringing back character from other movie(sepet)..

well, that's my opinion..

ZZZZZZZ.....I dont have anythinG

What makes you say Sharifah Aryana can't act? I'm curious to know. I'm of the opinion that she can .. and brilliantly too. When the movie was at its beginning moments, I was expecting some dramatic acting, but as the movie rolled along I started to appreciate her acting. Its very good in a subtle way, and brings us to the character of young Orked who's a sort of morose outcast girl with what I see as having an "old soul".

i doubt it..her acting looks unrealistic and stiff..it looks like she's acting in the whole movie..the best scene she had(in my opinion) was the scene when sofa guy lift her to the truck..that's look real..but it was shot from far..if camera shot her face closer, then i easily detect there's no emotion on her face..

remember when she was crying in that movie, she cover her face..Because if not, you can see that she was not actually crying...

i compare her with some of brilliant young actor/actress in hollywood..

She still young...not bad for the first movie..

perhaps this is because orked does not want to show herself to be sensitive? after all, she's a tomboy and quite shy.

camera could focus her face if director wanted to...It's better so audience can share what she's feeling..WHATS WRONG WITH SHOWING AUDIENCE HER SENSITIVITY?..

bottom line is, her level still cant reach Abigail Brestlin(since u post in her board)..Good for malysian young actress because we actually dont have great young actress..BUT that Mukshin guy was Brilliant..

Yasmine always choose bad new young actor(sepet)..but she covered it up by using shot from far, so audience didnt care if they're good or not..

mukhsin will compete in Hong kong International Festival this march..or april if i am not mistaken...under global vision category......mukhsin will always the best for those who previously watching sepet and gubra..it is the end of orked trilogy...

so this year we will wait mualaf ...hahaa..sharifah amani will bald..maybe like britney spears..after that yasmin will make a film about 13th May...interesting?

I have to say I was blown away this film, and loved every single part of it. and it made me cry.

Anyway the point of this sort of film, is that it is not plot driven. What held my interest, was the small details and character studies, which were full and rich. I think we have a movie 'gem' here from malaysia.

I feel out-of-date haha, just watched it today..

The sad piano piece was so effective, it made me cry when Mukhsin left for his village as Orked watched him. Whatever Orked said at the ending was, in my opinion, very true..

There's always something to learn about from Yasmin's films. Ah, the story of Orked has come to an end. So touching and beautiful.
