My boyfriend and I were watching the movie, and every 10 minutes ago I would scream out "ARE YOU LOOKING AT HER FACE??? WHAT IS WRONG WITH HER?"
Not only, has she had her lips enhanced but she has so much botox in her face that the upper lip does not move. Did you happen to notice that it also caused a slight speech impediment as well? Am I the only one that seems really bothered by this?
No wonder she is only starring in Lifetime movies (not that there is anything wrong with that ;)

Count me in as another totally freaked out by her lips. They are paralyzed, and protrude from her face in a totally unnatural manner! She had such a pretty face, so why would she do something that would make the most terrifying part of a horror flick?

Ditto on the lips! I didn't even know it was on her until I came on here.
I must admit it's the first time I have seen her in any film. Just having watched this on the horror channel. At first I sort of felt sorry for her thinking maybe make up had tried to hide a hideous cold sore on her lips. But as the film wore on and several close up shots it became clear that she's obviously had botox.
Blimey, she could work in horror films without any make up. What a shame, I bet she was
quite pretty before that, she has lovely eyes.

There's also a noticeable lump just to her right of center above her upper lip. I hear sometimes the collagen or whatever it is they shoot into there can settle like that. I had to Tivo it just to watch the profile. You've GOT to see her profile, wow!

LOL I was just watching this today and had to turn it off, I couldn't keep watching because I kept wondering who punched Lara in the mouth.

The entire movie, my roommate and I could not stop staring at her mouth, especially when she was supposed to have her "Deep-Thinking Face" on, and her lips would part slightly. Yikes. One side was MUCH fuller and droopier. Ew. My roomie kept saying to me, "What in the hell?? She looks like she had a stroke." (Which, of course, wouldn't be funny if she actually did, but since this is the result of too much collagen... Kind of hilarious.)
When Lara first came on-screen, I was struck by how beautiful she looked. Light skin, dark hair (as always)--but with a little extra weight than what she's looked like for years! Good for her. She looked healthy and beautiful--UNTIL I noticed the lips. For cripes' sake... Who told her that looked good?!

I too was TOTALLY distracted by her fake lips. They were so awful! What the heck was she thinking? They look so bad. Hollywood women are really stupid for falling for the lip jobs because NONE of them ever look good -- all they end up doing is ruining your looks. Kim Delaney also has a bad lip job. Horrible.
Lara Flynn Boyle needs to get that surgery reversed if she can, and FAST.
I, like others here, found myself actually distracted from the dialogue by her nearly grotesque lips,
Getting away from purely superficial observations, and maybe I'm imagining things, but it seemed that the swollen lips actually affected her performance in a large part because she was only able to make one or two facial expressions. To me her affect in many cases was not conveyed because her face was seemingly frozen in the same expression. Sheesh!

Oh her lips are horrible; she had one facial expression the whole movie. I think maybe her eyebrows are frozen too! No shocked expression, no sad or happy expression, just a 'zombie' expression !!
It is nice to see she has gained weight though.

I am glad she gained weight as her body got sexier but her face was prettier as Serleena and Helen Gamble. Looked like someone socked her on the jaw during filming. Her lips were bloated and lopsided. One side was puffier tyhan the other. Scary!
Well, fortunately, collagen, restalyn, botox, etc. are all temporary. Maybe she's learned her lesson!

However, on the upside, I agree that it looks like she finally ate something though I'm thinking those fake lips and puffy cheeks might prevent her from chewing anything now. They just showed another close-up...It's actually kind of funny that her mouth is always open. There it goes again! Lara, close your mouth!
