Marines are not soldiers!!!

The only thing that pissed me off more than their inability to shoot was them being called soldiers for eight episodes. 1st I won’t say that all Marines are great shooters but our whole training revolves around being a rifleman. If there is one thing you can count on it's a Marine being able to shoot. 2nd if you know any Marines they hate being called army and soldiers. I was sitting here yelling at my tv every time they said it. No offense to any soldiers but we like to be set apart. And Marines don't call Sergeants Sarg. That is a quick way to get punched in the face.

I sort of get the not wanting to be called Army, but how are Marines not soldiers?

OP is a retard. A U.S. Marine is a type of soldier. Literally. A bunch of U.S. Marines are literally an army, but not the U.S. Army.
