Comcast shows this in 30 min. per episode, IMDB says each is 51 minutes?

Does anyone else, other than Comcast customers, get this series? If you do and you are not a Comcast customer, can you please tell me if you see the full 51 minutes per episode?

Here in Saint Paul, Minnesota, Comcast is our only high speed Internet (HSI) provider. Comcast's triple package deals for HSI/Phone/Television are cheaper than getting them from separate companies. So we don't have much choice, it's Conca$h or lose more cash. From here on in this message, Comcast will be known as what the locals here call them, Conca$h.

Among the many abuses that Conca$h dishes out are shortened programs. These How Do They Do It? programs are only 30 minutes long and include three 2+ minute commercial breaks.

They are listed here on IMDB as being 51 minutes long. So I would think that most providers would add 9 minutes of commercials to make it a 60 minute block, right?

Can anyone without Conca$h tell me if they see this show as a 60 minute program? Or even a Conca$h customer in a different market/area may even see them as 60 minutes? Perhaps Conca$h knows how much abuse they can get away with on a per-market basis?

Any feedback appreciated.
