'on the sreets of rio, only the elite survive'... really?

What the hell does this tagline mean? Iv'e posted my thoughts on a couple topics here regarding this movie and its complete watered down and carefully edited version of BOPE's REAL responsibilities.

Looking at the poster for the movie,you have a Che Guiverra style representation of Nascimento with the contrasting black and white color and the upwards angle. Only this time, the red star is replaced with a skull and pistol BOPE insignia, and he has one eye shadowed. Hmmmm...

Then we have this tag- line. The poor are regularly exterminated by police forces, and we have this tag-line with only the elite survive?
