Wich grade did u give to the movie and why?

I gave a 9/10.
I was amazed during the whole flick, couldn't event get up to take a piss! lool. Loved the concept and the acting. IMO the director of The city of God made a new masterpiece, unfortunately sadly underrated!

That being said, i understand the movie is not for everyone, but in my book its now in the top 10 all time!
And thats something 'coz normally i'm the action flick fan and blockbuster lover, but this movie is like a refreshing flower on a pile of $hit, considering all the crap made in Hollywood.
For me its one movie among 100-200 movies to find such a diamond....

Wachu say?

Peace

5/10

Visually very well, but the story is nonsensical and I'm not buying into the metaphorical pandering.

It's just downright silly at times.

I gave 9/10 as well, I was very impressed with how well it followed the book. Something very few based-on-a-book movies do.
I read the book 4 times and really like it, so it took me a few years to work myself up to see the movie, but I was pleasantly surprised. Why not 10 then? I don't know, felt more like a 9. :P

8, because i give out 9s and 10s very sparingly

a fine film, great concept, rendered not so very unrealistically, with compelling characters.

cool soundtrack, too. rufalo and moore really carried the action.

I gave it a 3. I like Julianne Moore, and she was OK in this, but overall I found the movie boring and depressing. And I couldn't buy the government taking the trouble to set up a quarantine area with next to no control over it except for shoot-to-kill guards, even at the start of the outbreak.
