Unfinished business Spoiler Warning.

In the first Motives Connie was trying to have a baby with her first husband. But of course he ended up getting his mistress pregnant instead. In the sequel Brandon and Connie are married and in the scene where Brandon is on the balcony Connie tries to seduce him and he promises her that their family is on the way. Of course that never happens because Connie fails to seduce him into having sex with her in the hopes of impregnating her. Now that Brandon suffers the same fate as Emory in the sense that he also goes to prison and gets killed by Bone Crusher, what is going to happen to Connie with her plans to have a baby? I hate how in the end they turned her into this workaholic as if to suggest she will now move on by filling her childless life with work.

Wait a minute. So Brandon really died when he was in prison. I was wondering what was going on when Bone Crusher kind of slammed those weights on Brandon.

Well at least I am assuming that he died. Brandon got all tough when asked how much weights he wanted. "Whatever just lay them on" or something to that affect. So with the weights so heavy I thought that it broke his neck. But now that you have posted I just realized that you never see Brandon die just struggle. So maybe there will be a Motives 3 that will bring closure to everything that they left up in the air. But then again that is usually their style. Have you ever seen Trois 3 also with Brian White? I hated that ending too. lol

He never impregnated (Golden Brooks). It was all a setup by Brandon.

so was connie in on the whole thing or not? in an interveiw they said she helped but i dont understand how

I think Connie was in on it when Emory went to prison. At the end of the first movie, she and Brandon gave Emory this look as if something was up. It looked like a set up to me. Then again, Brandon could have set him up without Connie knowing, and that was just Connie's way of telling Emory that she was moving on with Brandon.

I'm thinking that Brandon died when Bone Crusher slammed those weights on him. It didn't show him dying but we can conclude that he did which he deserved it anyways. I don't think Connie was in on it. But if she was I know she felt like a dummy when she found out what Brandon did. She still aint got no kids.
