Not crazy about this film

yeah, well Sea of Dreams didn't make me proud of my Latin roots... what a sleeper. This movie has balls..finally something to cheer about, rather than some drawn out story about a bunch of random latinos. Oh, what a shame to copy Ocean's 11. Maybe if Ladron had a 100 million dollars to make their movie and a smarter Distributor (Lionsgate, you and Tampax Films are weak)?? Hollywood is all about remaking movies, get a clue. Jojo Henderson and Joe Mendez RULE!!! Great job gents...

I completely agree that this film is a Mexican Ocean's 11 . . . but Fernando Colunga, Miguel Varoni and Gabriel Soto made watching the movie worthwhile!

And I suppose Ocean's 11 is a true original? Besides being all "style" (as in, computer colour-corrected rubbish) and zero substance, it draws on a ton of influences. But I guess to some people it'll be the first ever Casino heist movie. Scary thought.

Esta pelicula es queso puro.

Neither movie were that good. Both were alright enough to kill a couple of hrs but nothing special. These days, its really hard to make these kind of capers because it has been done to death. A movie like this has to survive on more than story line. I thought acting was ok and some scenes were funny. But in all, I expected a lot more from this movie. I am surprised that the info guru did not stop the potty truck from leaving. That does not make sense.

While it's obviously inspired by the remake of Ocean's 11, it's not a copy of it. I think it's just as good as Ocean's 11, and it's far better in my opinion than both Ocean's 12 and Ocean's 13 were.
