My problems with this movie:

Come on.. for petes sake.. its a BARBIE movie and its target audience is kids.. they wanted to make it fun!

All the sisters have different color eyeshadow..

Barbie stars as Princess Genevieve.. shes the STAR of the movie so its mostly about her!
She discovered the secret in their room so she danced on the flowers!

When theres alot of sisters some tend to be closer with some than others.. since Genevieve is the youngest of the older ones and Lacey is the youngest of the little ones.. they feel they have something in common, and so their close!

they all have different hair colors so that the CHILDREN watching the movie will have an easier time seeing a difference in them.....

It's just a cartoon I mean look at the simpsons marge has blue and home had brown hair but the kids came out blonde, and if they had the same colour hair it would be different to tell them appart you have to admit.

The reason why some of the princesses have different coloured hair is because their father had blonde and their mother had brown. Not all of the hair colours were exactly the same. The sisters with blonde hair (Delia, Fallon, Genevieve, Hadley and Lacey)had different shades of blonde. The same with the brunettes (Ashlyn, Blair, Courtney, Edeline, Isla and Janessa). Kathleen was the only one with red hair because she was a triplet and they didn't want the triplets to look the same. And think about it if all of the sisters had the same colour hair it would of been too confusing and the sisters would of looked like the creators had not put much effort in designing them.


Barbie and all of her older sisters wore make-up because they feel they need to keep up their appearance. Although it was a bit strange that they were wearing it to bed they could of forgotten to have taken it off or they were out late dancing and decided to remove it in the morning. The princesses did not wear their flower gowns to bed they wore nighties.


The reason why Barbie got to dance on the flowers is because she is the main character who had discovered the secret gateway first.

1. The princesses all have different colour hair is because the creators wanted the princesses to look interesting and individual. Ashlyn, Courtney, Blair, Edeline, Isla and Janessa all have brunette hair is because they take after their mother. Delia, Fallon, Genevieve, Hadley and Lacey all have blonde hair because their father has. Kathleen has red hair because she is a triplet and the creators didn't want exactly identical haircolour. like two of the triplets with blonde or two with brunette.

2. All of Genevieve's older sisters were different eyeshadow because they want to look pretty. Though it was strange that they wore it while sleeping. They could of been out dancing all night and decided to remove it in the morning or they forgot to take it off. The princesses do not wear their dresses to bed they had white nighties to wear

3. Barbie got to dance on the flowers is because she discovered the gateway and she is the hero. The reason why Barbie is portrayed as the hero is because its Barbie and the 12 dancing princesses. She is the main character as she always is in her other films

1. I THINK cuz their mum and dad have different colour.so their triplets
are different. and they are too young to dryed their hair { of course
the movie just want to have a pretty scene of that}

2. it's just the movie's need . cuz barbie is very important in this movie!!

1. Maybe the dad was lying and he's a bit... promiscuous.

2. She obviously had it tattooed on because she couldn't be bothered to apply it each day.

3. Because she's blonde and has a pink dress. Duh. Of course she's the hero.
