So, did Chase move off base when Pamela did? Why would he? Isn't housing on base cheaper?? Any thoughts??

It's explained in the episode where she talks to base legal. If he isn't married he can't live in base housing. He would have to live in the barracks with the other single soldiers. He moves off base so that he can have his children over.

Actually I guess it would "post legal" since they're on an army post.
