The characters, acting and dialogue in this is disgusting.

no weisz. thats the first problem. rick and evelyn are bored and have no romance. already that is not how they are. rick is no longer cool, he is actually a bit dorky in this. the cringy dialogue such as 'move theres a mummy on the loose'. its just a mess. none of the characters are likeable except jonathan. the relationships are terrible and none of it works.
the relationship between alex and rick is such a cliche. you can see a very similar relationship and dialogue in 'a good day to die hard', also a weak script and terrible film.
a new writer and rachel weisz would of made this film worthy of the trilogy.
