I've never seen the show, but my brother says there's a TV reporter character who's a hilarious Harry Caray impression. Anyone know who voices him?

I am just watching the episode, it sounds like Will Farrel.

The news anchor's name is Hilly Burford and I think he's voiced by John DiMaggio (Bender from Futurama).
