Sooo, the release date will be in Janurary 2009?

According to IMDb this film will be released in 2008, but other sites claim 2009...So maybe it was going to be released this holiday season but it's been pushed back to the middle of winter & beginning of '09.

I sure hope it hasn't been pushed back for SPRING!

What other sites have you found that say 2009? I know that Ambush Entertainment was trying to get this film released at a festival. Perhaps Sundance in early 2009??
