The remake of sleuth is a nice movie. But they should have made a sequel instead of a remake: what happens after the misses get back home. What will she do... what games will play out... That would have been great.
shareIf they had done a sequel instead of a remake, then the wife wouldn't be alone. In the original, she was with the police. Actually, it's left ambiguous so that the viewer can debate on whether they actually are out there (go to that movie's board to read the theories that MILO did the voices).
Either way, there wouldn't be enough material for a sequel. In the original, WYKE goes to jail. In the remake, I doubt his wife would want to play games the same way MILO did.
