Best Norman Wisdom film ever!

Really enjoyed the movie though the lead character would have suited Norman Wisdom to a tee! He even looked like him! Typical Norman Wisdom plot too just like the bleach drinking heroin dealers in Wisdom's 50's comedy classic 'Trouble in Store'

I love Norman, and have always had a soft spot for 'On The Beat'.
The football match and coppers with whistles was brilliant.
