Kouga vastly superior to Iga? (SPOILERS)

It would seem that the fight between the Kouga and the Iga is not an even one and without the early advantage for the Iga the fight could have been over much sooner, especially if Gennosuke wasn't seeking peace.

The Iga is led by Ogen whose power is unknown to us (sudden resurrection?) if she had any at all. We see her younger self get hurt by bullets and lose her composure.
Oboro commands little respect from her subjects and lacks any ninja skills whatsoever apart from her mystic eye which she refuses to use due to her kind-hearted nature.
Then there's the cowardly Jingoro whose power became his own demise and Hotarubi whose butterflies serve as little more than a distraction. Both her and Yashamaru are seemingly young and inexperienced and are outsmarted and beaten by the kouga.
Akeginu seems like a lethal opponent but she can be beaten (as proven by her fight with Josuke) as long as you're aware of her power.
Tenzen is skilled and has an amazing power but is careless, getting killed no less than 5 times.
That leaves us with Koshiro, Rousai and Nenki the three best shinobi of the Iga.

Meanwhile the Kouga is led by Danjo whose power is also unknown but can throw and spit needles with pinpoint precision, block bullets O_O and cut down his opponents with ease.
Gennosuke is the young leader to be with a power that makes his opponents tremble with fear. Extremely skilled in combat, he beats Tenzen with his eyes shut. He commands enormous respect from his subjects in spite of most of them strongly disagreeing with his decisions.
Hyoma is a blind shinobi with the same unbeatable power of Gennosuke. That's right, not only does the Kouga have the strongest ninja power; two of their shinobis can use it!
Then there's Saemon who effortlessly dispatches his opponents despite being unarmed and hits whatever he throws a shuriken at.
Gyobu has a fantastic power and uses it to its fullest. He's physically superior to any other shinobi and rightfully feared by the Iga.
Shogen is over-confident but not without good reason. He could have killed 4(!) Iga ninjas in one stroke if Hotarubi hadn't escaped his web.
Josuke is powerful too and not as stupid as he pretends to be. Can seemingly withstand a lot of punishment and use his power in a variety of ways.
Kagero's power only works on men but she's a capable fighter, seemingly on par with Akeginu.
That leaves Jiubei and Okoi, the least impressive of the Kouga 10. Let's not forget however that Jiubei has the power to foresee the future and is supposedly never wrong. If he had lived a little longer, that could have been a game changer.

This isn't a complaint, I like the fact that both sides aren't equal. I just couldn't help but notice. Does anyone feel differently?

I agree, I feel that the Kouga are vastly superior to the Iga. I mean Saemon's shapeshifting abilities alone took out four of the Iga - Hotarubi, Yashamaru, Koshiro, and Akeginu. He did have help with his comrades, but they wouldn't have gotten close to their opponents if it wasn't for Saemon. Also, Kazamachi (spider ninja) almost took out four Igas himself if it wasn't for Hotarubi like you mentioned. Even Kagero was a pretty dangerous fighter. Unlike Okoi, she can take out any male without any limitations (Okoi needed bare skin to capture her opponents).
