The song that played after he first says "the shark fin mafia" and they make a run from Costa Rica and the Coast Guard chases them - where have I heard that song before? I've heard it in another movie, but I can't remember.

That's it! Thank you, it was driving me crazy. The whole time it was in the movie, I kept thinking "I know I've heard this in another movie." I knew it was some sort of caper movie, but couldn't place it.
