Boring film.

I really don't get the high rating and the raving reviews!! I don't mind slow movies; in fact I do love thought-provoking independent films rather than Hollywood blockbusters, so I was looking forward to this, but wth? The characters are charming and the plot tries very hard to pull your heart strings at times, but do I get drawn into the film? No. Do I care about any of the characters? No. Was I able to watch it w/o being distracted till the end? No. I found myself looking at my phone or pausing the film a few times. Bad sign.
