CIA says waterboarding works?

I lean towards the liberal side of the scale, and I loved the movie, but I just read this http://www.cnsnews.com/public/content/article.aspx?RsrcID=46949 which the CIA states that waterboarding worked on al Qaeda leader Khalid Sheik Mohammed.

Now I haven't seen the movie in a while but if I remember right, there was a part in it that specifically said when they waterboarded Khalid Sheik Mohammed he told them about an attack on LA and that Iraq had WMD's but all of that turned out to be false, including the attacks on LA.

So I'm confused... maybe I "misremembered" like Roger Clements said? Does anyone know where I can get a reference to the movie stating where they got their facts from?

Crap, now I read this http://countercultureconservative.wordpress.com/2010/01/28/torture-waterboarding-and-moral-purity/ that says the guy that said waterboarding worked on Khalid Sheik Mohammed after 35 seconds said it because thats what he heard but he wasn't in the room.

Khalid Sheik Mohammed actually lasted 83 times in one month, which means Taxi to the Dark Side was given wrong information when they made the documentary. That kind of sucks. It's not the studio's fault but the CIA for not getting their facts straight.
