Christa Campbell

I just watched it. I was wondering the same thing. I backed it up and the scene you describe is her last appearance. Equally strange I thought was the sudden appearance of the Gigi Edgley's character who carries the female lead for the rest of the movie. Curiouser and curiouser. I can't think of another movie I've seen where what appears to be a major character is just dropped with no explanation and another brought in out of the blue like that. I think SciFi channel needs some better writers.
