I think it was real. He sports a similar looking wiener in Bronson and if it were to be fake you'd think they would hook him up a little better. Who knows, maybe he is a grower not a shower.

if i'm not mistaken they used a few prosthetics on the show Spartacus, which was a ridiculously CGI heavy show.
