Need help - Stuck! (possible spoilers!)

I'm with Alyx in chapter 4. Were at a little camp place on the way the White Forest with a big radio tower. Alyx wants to use the transmitter to warn White Forest about the huge Combine army on the way there. But for the life of me, I cant find a way to provide power to the transmitter.

HELP!

As far as I remember, it went pretty well. I was half suspecting an ambush of some kind to happen anyway.
