shareGman is a stoic. But he DOES show signs of emotion, albeit collective, restrained ones. We've seen him get visibly amused and then distictly annoyed at Gordon and the Vorts. We've seen him mock Breen. We've seen him even show signs of a dry sense of humor. "While your... aheh... freinds are otherwise occupied" and "Their first experience of humanity was a... CROWbaaar..."
But Keanu? No emotion whatsoever. He's dull and monotone. Gman IS primarily formal and civil in adressing you. But he DOES show a small degree of warmth that Keanu sorely lacks.
Granted it's just a trailer and not the whole movie. But from what we see Keanu's concept of alien is "Dont act". While the Gman's performance has all sorts of neat little facets. Including a bizarre speech pattern that gets the point that he's probably not human across much more efficiently and entertainingly.
