What's the name of the actress who played Pledge no 39?She is the brunette in the other sorority who pledged last at the end of the film.She told the blond girl(I think her name was Tiffany)that she was sick of her.

Yes, her name in the movie is Courtney, played by Rachel Specter. Definitely a hottie!
