I've read all 3 a few times and I think any of these would make great adaptations.
Brains are good, especially when sauteed with caramelized onions.
I've only read the first one...I found it entertaining & amusing-ESPECIALLY the twist of the Dieter Rosbach character is sort of 'Arnold-ian'.
