Inception
Chris Nolan said this film partly inspired 'Inception'. Can you see the links?

In addition to Paprika, Nolan also copied a Scrooge McDuck comic by Don Rosa, I kid you not-

I liked the way this movie handled dreams a lot more than what I got out of inception. This movie was an 8/10 for me. many scenes, I thought were reminiscent of Akira.I think the influence in certain scenes is really obvious. Good show Good show
IT is a great book
The only problem is Inception sucked major donkey hole while this film ruled.

The biggest connection is not just that they are about entering people's dreams, but they both use this idea as a metaphor for the power of film to change the way people think.
shareThere are several links but they are completely different. I would say Inception is 90% original.
