To answer your first question he plays a boxer but I suspect you already know that by now. To answer your second question, Muhammad Ali played himself in the 1977 movie The Greatest, a truly crap biopic. Calzaghe was a good boxer but his life hasnt been nearly exciting or interesting enough to warrant a movie being made about him, I read his autobiography and was nearly asleep ten pages in, not his fault but their have been boxers with far more interesting back-stories than him, Carmen Basilio, Roberto Duran, Stanley Ketchel, Nigel Benn and even Calzaghe opponent Bernard Hopkins who deserve a movie being made about them. In fact I'd be more interested in his old man Enzo's story.
