Villain's henchmen?

I've never seen this show before, but in today's episode, Dr. Phibes' plan involved a computer virus created by a couple of computer hackers who are blatant (and funny) clones of Napoleon Dynamite and his brother, Kip. Are they regular characters, or does Phibes get new help every week?

BTW, the "Trivia" listing here says the Phibes character design is patterned on Bruce Timm (co-creator of Batman: The Animated Series, Justice League, etc. and sometime-colleague of "Get A Clue" producer Eric Radomsky). There's a vague resemblance, I guess (Phibes and Timm both wear eyeglasses and have reddish-brown hair), but Phibes is pretty clearly a spoof/homage to Peter Sellers as Dr. Strangelove -- that other mad scientist with an artificial hand who speaks with an adenoidal German accent.

I've only seen the first episode, but the two henchmen reminded me of Abbot and Coustello.

They were only guest henchmen because Phibes needed computer-savvy helpers. the regular henchmen are the guys in the grey outfits.

Ugh. I hate this incarnation of Scooby. It's blasphemy to anything Scooby. I feel dirty even commenting on it.

I was just watching this with my kids and the Kip clone prompted me to come on here to ask this question!

At first I thought it might of actually been the real Kip actor (Aaron Ruel) but a glance at his IMDB page says not.

They are semi-regulars on the show. My personal favorite is Agent 2. I just see him and he cracks me up.

Oh my gosh!! I thought the same thing, that's why I came on to check if anyone was as crazy as me !! They totally look like them ! I think that Jon has a part in this show, I'm sure I saw his name in the credits !

You dont think that Dr Phibes might also owe a little something to er... Dr Phibes http://www.imdb.com/character/ch0023714/ as played by Vincent Price?
