What Are They Actually Protesting?

The issue wasn't just about free trade. THe issue was that at the time in 1999, WTO was in the process of taking over massive trade routes all over the world... Meaning that they were growing more powerful and were about to be unlimited in their scope and power. I was there at the protest and it was a site and at the end of this movie... It showed the true poewr of the protest. This was an important issue in regards to sweatshops and factories all over the world. There were only about 20 anarchists from Oregon in the first place. The sad part is after WTO a lot of people say Seattle has gone to *beep* and they didn't go back to the same mentality they had prior to this riot. This movie was well worth the message, just seek it out yourself if you want to.
