i forgot what episode it was, but i remember josh and parker said the quote "i played your mom like a video game, a handheld video game!"

No, I think that was the white Eminem-type kid rapper, who says to Josh, "We're gonna play you like a video game!"

And that Eminem rapper kid sounds just like Mr. Meaty and Wedgalor. Obviously it's the same voice actor.
