I'm pretty sure that the puppiteers supply voices. It makes sense that way.

The creators are the puppeteers and the voices. They are called the Grogs and they have another puppet show called nanalan. It's a weird preschool show but very funny. you can check it out http://www.nanalan.com/multimedia_flash.htm
