Anyone Encountered Similar Characters On Transperth Trains?

I think the truest character in the movie was trev. He acted so looney, l see many people acting like that all the time. I believe that the trains are full of thugs these days because the cops are to piss weak to do anything about stoping them. I feel like violent crimes happen almost every night, its just a lottery of violence that happens? I dont know about other transport systems in the world compared with our but can anyone relate???
